Updates to the website have improved the navigation and search functions to help you find the information you need.
You don’t need to do anything different, you still
- access the website at www.myID.gov.au
- can use your bookmarked or saved pages.
Your feedback has helped to shape these improvements and the legacy myID website has now been retired.

Remain aware of fraudulent websites and avoid clicking on links from untrusted sources. When accessing the myID website, ensure your browser includes ‘https://www.myid.gov.au’.
